Return / Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 7days. Beyond 7 days of receipt of the parcel a refund or exchange shall not be offered.
Please make a uninterrupted video while opening the Packaging as an evidence in case you wish to claim for any return/replacement.
For initiation of refund / return , we shall require purchase details , reason for return etc. Our shipping partner will collect the items so returned on our authorization. Once the product reaches us the refund will follow after deduction of shipping charge etc.
In case our shipping partner is not providing return pick up , you yourself will have to arrange for the same.
we shall arrange for full refund (less courier/ shipping charges) upon receipt of the package & quality checks. Customers are liable to bear the cost of shipping under return policy.
Cancellation in order
Once order placed can not be cancelled.
Exchanges in case of damaged goods (if applicable)
We are extra careful in packaging our products . However, in some exceptional circumstance if you happen to receive defective or damaged products, we shall replace it for you , on receipt of images of the unopened and unused parcel illustrating the damaged areas within 2 days at vaishnavikalakriti22@gmail . In liaison with our logistics partner we shall proceed for appropriate replacement / refund as the case may be.
Quality Specifications
We deal with quality products only. The product are delivered as shown on our website , however in certain cases lights , camera effects may differ the colour bit. With handloom product slight thread weaving homogeneity difference may occur which may be allowed and shall not be considered as defect.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and confirmed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
International Customers
We provide worldwide delivery. Orders outside of INDIA, will be charged on actuals depending on your shipping destination country. Please contact us on vaishnavikalakriti22@gmail to enquire and place an order.
